About Us
Incorporated in 1986, Schoolhouse Renovations, Inc started as a Design/Build firm specializing in residential renovation work. Shortly after that we branched into new construction as well. Now, 31 years later our son, Jamie Frenette, a Vermont Technical College graduate with a BS in construction management, has joined the firm and is preparing to take it into the next generation. We offer comprehensive design and construction services in the Tri Lake Area. Depending on the project we will also work in Long Lake, Blue Mountain Lake, and Cranberry Lake.
