Our company was named after a rock-climbing term that refers to free-climbing a practiced route without falling or resting. Founded in 2002, we use our decades of collective experience to efficiently meet your expectations for high-quality work while decreasing costs. A full-service design/ build company specializing in new construction and historic restoration, we provide it all with a streamlined client and contractor relationship. Many of our services – design, electric, plumbing, cabinetry and millwork, interior and exterior painting – are done by our in-house team using limited subcontractors. Our projects are really varied, allowing us to match the talents and skills of our carpenters, designers and painters with he clients and jobs that utilize their best assets for optimal results.
Where We Build
Many of the homes we build and work on are located in Cooperstown, NY however we serve a wide area that includes Cherry Valley, Middlefield, Canajoharie, Sharon Springs, Worcester, Oneonta, Otego, Jordanville and Garratsville.
