R-19 6” friction fit fiberglass and 4-mil polyethylene vapor barrier for walls. R-30, 9” fiberglass with Kraft vapor barrier for ceilings. Foam rafter vent as required. |

Interior stairs are assembled with yellow pine treads, pine stringers and pine risers. Platforms are included. Wall side handrail and brackets are supplied. Open side railings are optional. |
