Young Jr.  Silver Bay Construction began as a small remodeling company in 1975 and was started by James W. Young Jr. Over the last 30 years, SBC has earned a highly respected reputation shaped by quality workmanship, professionalism and integrity. Specializing in fine custom homes along with renovations and additions, SBC works diligently with each client throughout the entire building process. With a full-time crew, and limited reliance upon subcontractors, SBC has been able to realize significant process efficiencies not always found with other builders. |
