David Kerr has been involved in custom homebuilding since 1995. Prior to becoming a builder, David’s background was in banking, and as the business manager for a local private boarding school. David, and his wife Cheryl, moved to New Hampshire in 1985. What they thought would be a one-year ski bum stint has now turned into a place they call home. They are raising three elementary aged children, enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, and are involved in numerous civic duties.

In 2001 David joined talents with Bob DiBlasi a skilled craftsman and all around outdoorsman. Bob has over twenty years experience in carpentry and building. As a team, their combined skills offer services from home design to skilled hands on cabinetry and trim work, as well as professional business ethics. This culminates in the creation of a fine detailed custom home.
